General Policy

All purchases made on Wisly are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been purchased and access has been granted.

Why no refunds?

Wisly sells digital tools, templates, and intelligence products that are immediately accessible after purchase. Because these are intangible goods delivered instantly, we cannot process refunds once access has been provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe your situation warrants an exception — such as accidental duplicate purchases, technical issues that prevent access, or billing errors — you may request a review by emailing us at support@wisly.shop.

Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is at Wisly's sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

How to request a review

Email support@wisly.shop with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The product name and purchase date
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or order references

We typically respond within 2–3 business days.

Subscription Products

For any subscription-based products (if applicable in the future), you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund payments already made.
