By accessing or using Wisly ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Wisly provides digital tools, calculators, frameworks, templates, and intelligence products ("Products") designed to help users save time, simplify decisions, and act wisely. Products are delivered digitally through your account upon purchase.

To purchase and access Products, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price including any applicable taxes.

All sales are final. Please review our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

Upon purchase, Wisly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Product for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share Products with third parties
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code where not explicitly permitted

All content, branding, trademarks, and Products on Wisly are the intellectual property of Wisly or its licensors. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access or scrape the Platform
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

The Platform and Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Wisly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform or Products.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
